Ideal for new build sites or for retrofitting to existing separators where mains supply is not readily or easily available.
As no external power source is required, installation is efficient and cost-effective.

The unit is designed to monitor up to two oil/water separator tanks for the build-up of oil, silt or excessive liquid.

The GSM-Capability of the unit will also allow 2-way communication to notify up to 8 designated users by text message.

The control unit automatically checks the condition of the probes and batteries every 15 minutes. Any probe condition changes or a low battery condition is notified via text message.

A manual probe status check can also be initiated at any time by pressing the button on the front of the unit.

Installation, Commission and Service

Within the contracted service visit, we will be undertaking the following:

Interceptor Alarm(s)

• Assessing the circuit board(s), and related components, to sustain maximum efficiency
• Confirming all groundworks and cabling around the unit is in sufficient order
• Confirming the unit (if solar powered) if holding a voltage
• Checking and recording battery strength (if solar-powered)
• Confirming the cabinet has not been damaged or vandalised and is in good working order
• Cleaning and Re-calibration of all probes used within the unit
• Re-commissioning of equipment after inspection and providing certification to comply with the required health and safety / environmental guidelines.

All the above steps are vital for any company to meet the Environmental Agencies Guidelines (PPG3) for efficient pollution prevention control and to enable your equipment to function correctly.
