About Your Warranty 

All Darcy products come with a 12-month warranty.  

If your product was installed by a Darcy engineer, your product comes with an on-site, parts-inclusive warranty for 12 months from the date of installation. There is no call out charge for this. 

If your product was not installed by us, you have the benefit of a 12-month return to base warranty where your product will either be repaired or replaced.
